Cancellation policy

No right of withdrawal

A right of withdrawal exists according to § 312g para. 2 No. 1 BGB does not apply, as all products offered in our shop are manufactured exclusively according to customer specifications.

This particularly applies to selection criteria such as:

• Motif,

• Format/size,

• Type of execution (e.g. B. acrylic glass print, canvas print or framed premium poster),

• Frame color/type (if selected).

Each order is individually produced based on your personal selection. Therefore, the delivered products are not prefabricated and tailored to your wishes – any other use is excluded.

There is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal.
